The foundation stone laying ceremony of the place-changing and tech-updating project of Shenyang Cigerettee Factory, one of the biggest factory of Hongta Liaoning Cigerettee Co., Ltd , was held in Shenyang province on 9th Sep. Mr. Wang Min, The secretary of provincial Party committee, director of standing committee of the provincial People''''s Congress, presented and began the ceremony. Mr. Li Keming,the deputy director of State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, and other distuished guests taked part in this grand event. Mr. Yan Xiaojian, president of China Haisum, was also invited to the site.
The 1.03 billion-yuan-invested-project is expected to finish and manufature in the end of 2012, which has the yearly capacity of 15 billion cigerettees (300 thousand boxes).
